Payment of the reservation

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. The amount for this reservation will not be charged to your credit card (payment must be made directly to the hotel) except for non-refundable rates or if otherwise indicated in the rate conditions.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before* your arrival date. After this period, one night's stay will be charged. In the event of a no-show, 100% of the stay will be charged.

Tourist tax

An additional fee of €1.32 per person per day will apply to guests aged 16 and over until April 30th and €2.64 from May 1st, up to a maximum of 7 nights. This fee is not included in the reservation and must be paid directly at the hotel.
